In business since 1987, Frank and
Sally Salb have built more than 500 homes in the Lawrence, Baldwin City, and
Ottawa areas.
Before that, Frank worked on many other homes in Lawrence as a plumber. In his work, Frank saw a need for great quality, lower priced homes. Frank and Sally began this construction business trying to fill that need. |

Frank is very interested in
building energy efficient homes, using above standard efficiency furnaces
and air conditioners. He also insulates using blown-in
cellulose insulation in all his homes.
He chooses only top notch craftsmen and supervises them daily to achieve the desired results. He includes various upgrades on many homes such as hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, sodded yards and sprinkler systems. |

Sally lends support in choosing floor plans and interior designs that work well for today's families. Extra attention is given to room size, storage, and efficiency of space. |
